Free exchange for shoes: If the size doesn't fit, we'll exchange it free of charge. Simply register your exchange or return via our returns portal.

Exception: Personalized items (knitted blanket, knitted sweater, teddy backpack with name) are made individually for you and are excluded from exchange and withdrawal.
