Refund policy

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed profession.

Please note: There is no right of withdrawal for personalized items (see Section C). You can find practical instructions for returning items on our Refund policy & returns page.

A. Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HF Digital Marketing UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Altewiekring 20a, 38102 Braunschweig, Deutschland, email: support@puschies.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal using our online withdrawal function: for deliveries to Germany via our returns portal, and for deliveries to all other countries via our online withdrawal form. After you have submitted your withdrawal using this function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay, stating the content of your declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (HF Digital Marketing UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o MittelTurm Co-Working, Altewiekring 20a, 38102 Braunschweig, Deutschland) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General notes

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us with postage unpaid.

3) Refusing to accept delivery does not replace a declaration of withdrawal. Please declare your withdrawal and send the goods to the return address stated above.

4) Please note that points 1–3 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

C. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB, German Civil Code).

In our shop, this applies to all items that we personalize according to your specifications (e.g. with names or according to your choice of colors). If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, your right of withdrawal continues to apply to the non-personalized items.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected, including for personalized items.
