We currently do not offer free returns. We want to reduce the burden on our colleagues at DHL, Hermes, and other retailers, as well as on the environment. However, we may be able to offer free returns for certain promotions in the future.
You have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the package without giving any reason.
To reserve a return, please send us an email to kundenservice@puschies.de
The email should contain the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Address
- Order number (You can find this in the order confirmation email)
- Number of returned items
This information will help us identify your return and process it as quickly as possible.
If possible, please try to contact us from the same email address you used when placing your order in our online shop.
This is how the return works:
1. Enclose the completed cancellation form or a note with the following information with your return:
- name
- Order number
- Reason for return (optional)
2. Send the return to:

We recommend that you send your return to us insured. If your return is lost in transit, we cannot be held liable for any damage. Important: Please do not send your return by registered mail.
It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until your refund has been processed.
Refund policies
After receiving your return, the condition of the item will be inspected. This will be done on the same day it is received. We then need 48-72 hours to refund your money to the payment method used for purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 2-3 business days depending on the payment method used (Klarna, PayPal, or credit card).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of wear
- If the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
