Ready for dispatch in 1–2 working days. Delivery of shoes and all non-personalized items usually takes 2–3 working days in total in Germany and approx. 4–7 working days in all other delivery countries (including Austria and Switzerland), depending on the country. You will receive a tracking link by email – please also check your spam folder. Shipping and delivery take place Monday to Friday (except public holidays). All parcels are insured.
Personalized items (knitted blanket, knitted sweater, teddy backpack) are only handmade after you place your order. Please allow approx. 3–4 weeks including shipping. With Express Personalization, your order is made with priority. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we no longer have any influence on the transit time – the times given are estimates. If it takes much longer, please get in touch and we will start an investigation.

After placing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal. The payment is made immediately and your order is processed right away. Please note: the delivery address from your PayPal account is used automatically.
Klarna – Pay later & instalments
With Klarna, you can pay by invoice or in instalments. Your order is processed right away and Klarna sends you the payment details by email. Klarna decides at checkout whether this payment method is available to you.

Can I pay by invoice?
Yes – choose Klarna "Invoice" / "Pay later" at checkout. Your order is processed right away and you pay later. Klarna checks at checkout whether this payment method is available to you.
Where can I enter a discount code?
At checkout you will find the "Discount code" field (on mobile under "Order summary"). One code can be redeemed per order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I have my order sent to a DHL Packstation?
Yes. At checkout, enter your DHL customer number (Postnummer), "Packstation" and the number of the Packstation as your address – exactly as described by DHL.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Germany (€3.90), Austria (€5.90) and Switzerland (€6.90) – free from €49. We also ship to many other European countries; you'll see the shipping costs at checkout.
Can I use a different billing address?
Yes, in the last step of checkout you can enter a different billing address. If you pay with PayPal, the address from your PayPal account applies.
My parcel hasn't arrived – what can I do?
First check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation (please also look in your spam folder), as well as with your neighbors and your drop-off location. If the parcel shows as delivered but you don't have it, or if there has been no movement for more than 5 working days, write to us with your order number at support@puschies.de – we will start an investigation.
When will my order be shipped?
Shoes and all non-personalized items leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days of receipt of payment (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.
