Withdrawal

Here you can declare your withdrawal online. We’ll confirm receipt without delay by email, including the date and time.

Ordered for delivery to Germany? Then please use our returns portal. There you can also register an exchange for shoes.

You’ll find all the information about your right of withdrawal in our cancellation policy, and instructions for returning items on the Refund policy & returns page. Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Declare withdrawal

I hereby withdraw from the contract for the items specified below.

To do so, enter your name and email address in the form below (ideally the one you used for your order) and write your order number in the message field, along with which items you’re withdrawing from (all items in the order or only specific ones, with size and quantity). You don’t have to give a reason.

After you submit

• You’ll receive a confirmation from us without delay by email with the date and time of receipt and the details you entered.
• Send the items to our return address within 14 days:
  HF Digital Marketing UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o MittelTurm Co-Working, Altewiekring 20a, 38102 Braunschweig, Deutschland
• You pay the return shipping costs yourself.
• As soon as the items have arrived, we’ll refund the amount to the payment method you used for your purchase.
