Your Puschies barefoot shoes don't fit? No problem! Exchange your size easily & free of charge – completely hassle-free. Just follow these steps:

1. Register your exchange conveniently via our returns portal – quick and easy.
2. You'll then immediately receive a free return label, which you can print out and stick on your package. Alternatively, you can use the QR code to have the label printed at a parcel shop.
3. Pack the shoes well and send them back to us.
4. Your return arrives at our place & you'll receive your correct size as quickly as possible.

If you'd like to send your order back, here's how:

1. Register your return via the returns portal – quick and easy. (We can only take back shoes that look unworn. Our return period is 14 days after receiving the package)
2. You'll then immediately receive a return label, which you can print out and stick on your package. Alternatively, you can use the QR code to have the label printed at a parcel shop. For return shipping, handling & refurbishing, the return costs €6.
   
   Alternatively, you can also choose "Own return shipping". In this case, you take care of the return shipment yourself.
   You can find the return address in the right of withdrawal.
   
3. Take the packed and labeled parcel to the nearest DHL Packstation or DHL branch and you'll receive a receipt for your return
4. We receive a notification about your return. After a quick check of the return, we'll initiate the refund of the invoice amount as quickly as possible.
